He looked from south America or Mexico to me. And the only rude person in service industry. I told him you are one of the worst person, I have met in my life. His reply was,"talk what, treat what, I am not arguing with you." I was so pissed. I told him "Is this the way you guys talk to your customer and thats how you treat your customer. He said " I don't know about that carry out insurance, and I am not arguing with you." If you want to talk to manager ,come 10 to 5 ". I browsed Dominos website and found out about CARRY OUT INSURANCE. I came back to my car and looked for the way to complain, found none. I told him" you can keep your pizza then". You will have to order a new one if you want another one. He said "well, it was boxed when you took it. I told him about what happened to my pizza, that it wasn't boxed properly and I showed him the whole pizza. There was only that clown, the chef guy present at that time. I tried to contact them immediately, called them first, a lady picked up the phone and said manager will be with you shortly, but put me on hold for 10 min, nobody talked. While I was on the hallway, my pizza slipped off the box coz it wasn't properly boxed and fell on the floor. They ask me to wait 10-15 min, I waited more than 20 min. Jan 1 2023, After working 12 hours, I got to this store at around 7-8 p.m, and ordered buffalo chicken pizza with pineapple toppings worth $20. I am Asian immigrant myself but I am sorry if this is the kinda culture we are adopting and heading toward, the future of USA doesnt look bright to me. I cant believe this store even exist in USA. Safe to say we probably won't come back to this location again. ![]() Our family members in the area talked up Domino's so it was pretty disappointing to not only experience pretty bad customer service but also a pizza with a hole and missing ingredients. When we got home we opened up the box to this lovely surprise: a Hawaiian pizza with a hole and no pineapples. They seemed pretty busy so we gave them some grace and didn't make a big deal about the situation. At this point we were just ready to go home and enjoy our pizzas. We literally had to run up so they wouldn't put the pizzas back in the heater. When the name for our order was called, the employee didn't even give us time to walk up to the counter and started to take our pizzas back. We waited about 15 mins until someone finally came up and called out for our order. When we got there, no one was at the front and we weren't helped at all. We went to the store about 35 mins after we placed our order thinking it was ample time for them to get our order ready. Haven't had pizza from Domino's in a while and we're newer in town so we decided to try this location out.
